Chef Petros Chaveles was born and raised in Piraeus. As soon as he As soon as he finished high school he began his studies in Culinary Arts and he was certified by OTEK and EFET for food control.
He is professional in the unique art of the cooking and for many years at culinary industry.
He has always been part of a food centric environment, homing his superb cooking skills from distinguished mentoring chefs in the kitchen.
Much of his personal time is spent at cooking. He continually tests new flavorful recipes with pure Greek and imported ingredients.
He has a passion in developing delicious suggestions and creating signature dishes that are in high demand for the culinary satisfaction of our customers.
His enthusiasm for food and life are expressed in every dish served.
